Who`s Hu

PRC strongman Hu visited the US to inspect the tottering west coast ports which locals hope the PRC will rebuild in order to dump more slave labor products into the US. After lengthy discussions with Bill Gates founder of Microsoft, Hu paid a courtesy call on President Bush. The luncheon was marred by an outburst from an accredited reporter critical of Red China`s suppression of the pro democracy demonstration a decade ago. As White House Police and Secret Service beat the reporter to the ground, Hu smiled and told Bush: "Tiananmen Square?"

Reporters were stunned by President Bush`s pain silence. Later Hu met with students at Harvard to accept written questions submitted in advance. A reporter was expelled from the session.

According to Lord Edward, the Lord President of The Society, The slave empire of Red China is financed by currency manipulations and dumping of cheaply manufactured goods on the US market.

Meanwhile comment is still stirring on Justice Sandra Day O`Connor`s secret speech in which she described the direction of the Bush administration to a near dictatorship.

The Society`s Select and Honorable Committe on Law, Politics and Government took the words of former Justice O`Connor as overly self-congratulatory. Insomuch as she was amongst those on the US Supreme Court who gave legal sanction to the 2000 coup which brought The Bush to power, she cannot complain of the product of her authorship.

It`s A Living

Accused Terror plotter Zacarias Moussaoui was sentenced to life imprisonment. After a lengthy trial for his alleged involvement in the Arab attack of 9 - 11- 2001.In US custody on 9 - 11, the theory of the prosecution was that Zacarias Moussaoui ought to have raised the hue and cry and alerted authorities to the impending attack which leveled the twin towers, reduced the pentagon to a triangle and sent President Bush off in fright last seen that morning in headlong flight bound for the Canadian border. At trial Zacarias Moussaoui recklessly acknowledged that he was very happy with the success of Arab attacks though he was not part of the conspiracy. Nonetheless the jury returned with a verdict of mercy.

Sir Harry RPPS Commandant commented: Our position on the war is shaped by the simple heedlessness of the US people. US simpletons simply lack the guts.

Officially recognized civilian casualties from the Twin Towers varies between 1800 and 3100 and are probably grossly understated by as much as 1000 %. When the Towers blew, the explosion coated the old Trinity Churchyard with a macabre layer of burnt flesh. Recently NYC building inspectors discovered bone particles in the air conditioning ducts and rooftops of nearby skyscrapers.

Running Short of Gas

With typical lack of foresight President Bush continues sabre waving at Iran despite the dreadful toll on over-extended US forces in Irak. Official reports of casualties in the Iraki war appear only periodically on the back pages of local papers. Since the release of Fahrenheit 9 - 11 in April 2004, the toll in terms of amputees from the roadside bombs has jumped from 4500 to 17, 000. A report in the Long Island Section of The News of New York crediting a disabled Vietnam veteran with social work among the victims of roadside bombs, revealed the ghastly statistic. The Bush may have lost 10% of the effectives in the US Armed Forces, that is assuming of course that he can still find everybody who is supposed to be present for duty.

Meanwhile as The Bush waved a sabre at Iran, the US sattelites in Latin America rumbled with signs of increasing independence. The Mexican Congress contrary to pleas from the Bush administration voted to legalize user drugs; Boliva acting under the protection of Hugo Chavez nationalized domestic hydrocarbons.

The Bush's responce was firm. With Spanish immigrants conducting massive nationwide anti-administration demonstrations. Bush took occasion to criticize attempts to translate the National Anthem into Spanish.

The Society commented, the version in Spanish reported in The Post of NY Saturday, April 29, 2006, is not an exact translation or anywhere near a translation at all. To the extent that the Spanish version does not celebrate the victory over an invading British force, The Society would agree with the opponents that the song should not be sung as The National Anthem approved in 1932. I would however disagree with who say it should not be sung. As it is still a song, it may be sung if people want to sing it.

Though there was dispute over whether the Society had given far more consideration to the question than it truly deserves, The Society issued a Modest Proposal to require those who oppose an attempt to translate the National Anthem into Spanish to mow their own lawns.

President Bush quickly followed his opposition to a Spanish language version of The National Anthem with a proposal to call up the National Guard to defend the Southern border. Even the Establishment Press which has sychophantically extolled the Bush throught his disaster plagued administration took issue with the President. The front page of the Post of New York on Saturday May 13 2006 depicted the Bush in a coon skin cap.

The Bush may be close to delusional. With mounting casualties in Irak and no new enlistments there are no forces to station along the Mexican border. What forces the Bush has have large numbers of Spanish soldiers to begin with. What is Sergeant Garcia supposed to tell Private Hernandez: Be on the look-out for companieros.

According to Sir Harry, RPPS Commandant, The Bush would be better advised to station Recruiting Officers along the Mexican border to plead with Mexicans to come.

KaMaKaSIE Capitalism On Trial

But of course, we need not look at the news papers to see how badly the Bush and his administration are doing, just look at the gas prices which were spiked here to over $3.15 per gallon. Prices are expected to soar to $4 per gallon by summer and $8 by Christmas. The Fed (Federal Reserve Bank) expresses the fear that consumer confidence may decline in the second half of the year.

According to reports on NPR the principal danger is not necessarily a military collapse but bankruptcy, as Bush administration continues to spend as revenues dry up.

But of course the administration follows the Enron model of Kamakasie capitalism. According to trial testimony Enron CEO Ken Lay spent $7 M of borrowed money on a birthday party held on a yacht after it was certain Enron was headed for a washout. Mrs Lay sold off her shares in Enron moments before Enron dropped in the drink. "It`s hard to give up the life," mourned Ken Lay to an audience aghast.

Will the merchants of the world weap as prophesied?

Bush`s unlikely marriage of convenience with the British Labour Party may be on the rocks as Labour took a drousing in local elections. Local councils have little real power in highly centralized Britain but local elections are often a barometer of popular opinion. Following the humiliating defeat, Mr Blair in true Bushist style dismissed the ministers who expressed reservations over the government policies which the voters rejected. Blair`s popularity plummeted to 26%, slightly lower than Bush`s 31% hold on the electorate.

A Cheery Cherio!
