Dear Congressmen Sherman, Howard Berman, Maxine Waters, Juantia Milleinder, Hilda Solis, Lucille Roybal-Allard, Grace Napalitanio, Xavier Becerra. Copy to Daily News, Los Angeles Ca. This is a follow up of my letter to Congressman Sherman dated 21 March 01. Now, however, I am also addressing the other seven of you Congressmen. I've had my career and family messed up by some functionarys in the government and as much as I have tried to get anyone's attention to deal with their problems I sometimes get a violent reaction. Since rep. Sherman refuses to discuss the matter of the complaints I made in the March letter it seems to me you all think it is allowed for any one employed by the government, either local or federal, to use violence to get their way. If that is not the definition of facistism then it should be. Now of course I have the map to too many of your skeletons. Rep. Sherman refusal to talk to me is just another criminal trying to keep himself from jail. Since I can't expect you to be familiar with prosecuting anyone except people with different opinions than yours, Sherman violated my first amendment right. It's obstruction of justice. And for those leaders that pretend to know what the first amendment is it is part of the Bill of Rights. The First Amendment guarantees every citizen has access to the complaint system so no government functionary can prevent justice by denying anyone the government's ear. Well I know a trick you never expected. Knowing managers as well as I do I know your kind can't let another manager use you, other wise you would be just another worker. So here's the kick: I'm going to bug the hell out of you until your so sick of doing Sherman's work your going to be shouting across the chamber floor: "Do you own damn work Sherman!" But first there some conditions I need to explain. A couple of years ago we had an unfortunate occurrence which we call the Carol Sund murders. The important point of the thing it was the murder of a rich person so I knew we could expect some funny business from the FBI. Keeping an eye to the LA Times for the FBI's leaks three came up. First the FBI claimed the suspects (two convicts in Sacramento) confessed but the suspects didn't know they had. Queer remark if I ever heard one. Two was Carol Sund's bank account number turned up in the convict possession, however, they were innocent and those number are designed so they couldn't turn up 'randomly' so obviously the FBI planned the number. Third was the mysterious death of the eye witness. Only he never saw them murder anyone since they were innocent so did he see the suspects not murder? Couldn't get a conviction that way. I've had the police frame me a dozen times (which is the main point of this business. You better let me make my complaints against anyone I chose. I'll not let these bastards try again for free). The police acting under a anonymous tip thought my pocket computer was a bomb. I also had a bottle of zinc powder then and I advised the police to be careful since zinc is really active. Once they could 'see' the computer wasn't a bomb they searched my back pack The police told the bomb squad I had said I had put zinc into the computer. For the ignorant investigators this meant a bomb. Of course all it would mean is the computer whould just stop operating (for good! And the zinc is very harmless by itself). When the zinc bit fell though they read my letter to the US Attorney, expecting a terrorist threat I suppose. All a violation of my forth amendment protection. Now that is just the police manufacturing evidence to get a prosecution. While we're on the subject of the FBI we might as well bring up our DC intern. The latest news I've heard they're looking for her in landfills now. That's too sophisticated for just a murder. I'm reminded of Hoffa. Maybe you should ask little J Edgar Liddy. In the three years separating the deaths of Hoover and Hoffa I suspect maybe Liddy gave Hoover a going away present. Closer to home are the city police. I saw a headline on the way to work this morning saying they decided they never would find who killed Robert Blake's wife (Robert Blake is an actor and his wife was murdered in May or June, I remind you because I don't think you remember anything for long unless it's something good for you). I think if the police had went to the DMV right off with the color and make of the truck the witness saw parked outside Blake's house they would have the guy in three days, but they had to try really hard to see if they could get Blake. Now they have the case complete screwed up! LA County is right there with them with the county's latest frame. I mean Paula Poundstone. Let's go back in time to the first case to expose this county frames for child molesting: The McMartin case. Followed shortly by Kern county having, what was it?, eleven child molesting rings all going at once and everyone of them no more than two miles from each other! Like there can be that many people in one place. To steal a phrase: "These guys are just a bunch clowns and gangsters". They get to high levels in the government by lying on their resumes and get to stay there because the legislative branch refuses to police the excutive. I started this communicate 05/07/01 and this morning I observed our police, the LAPD, (see I can't even trust you with knowing the police department in Los Angeles is known as the LAPD) grab some guy and frisk him. He had pulled up behind a car parked by a city park in a SUV and got under the parked car's hood with a screw driver and began fiddling around. If you think that sounds like someone trying to steal a car your as dumb as I think you are! All it looked to us unparanoid types was someone whose's car failed and they needed to come back with tools to fix it. The electrical system of a car is too sophisticated to jump with a screw driver unless it was a pro thief, which would be unlikely. Of course the police came running. From the plains cloths and it being a park they must have been a narcotic thing (and of course, maybe Sheriff and not LAPD. Let's keep an open mind here.) The last I saw of them, still standing there, was one of the officers wagging his finger in the guy's face. I guess it was his fault he was innocent. I can't imagine any other reason they were still bothering the guy. Can you explain why the police were still there after having this guy explain himself? I think the police go berserk when they can't have their way! And let's be sure to examine the Judical branch. While there was a bank shoot out in the nearby burg of North Hoolywood, I was in the Van Nuys municiple court defending myself from a frame by LAPD officer Noll. If I remember right it was Friday morning at 10:30 when the shoot out took place and at 1:00 pm I'm in court challenging the police, claiming they had covered up an attempted murder and Noll was just another gangster cop trying to frame me. I had no idea what was happening in North Hollywood. Judge Nash was Soooo pissed at me! He even came back out of his chambers after taking the PD and the Posecuter back in there and threathend me not to take the case to a jury! I filed a complaint against him but California lied to me by claiming they had investigated and found nothing wrong. California didn't know the shoot out had occured just before. Of course they never asked my witness or I would have told about the North Hollywood thing. I have seen documents that were avalible to the investigation and it clearly shows there was evidence that even I didn't know exisited. Now why didn't the state's investigation find this stuff? Because they are gangsters and you clowns are letting them get away! The Supreme Court really screwed up bad when they claimed President Bush has a "right" to the presidency. Wrong! Do you think the Supreme Court should declare any of you president because you have a "right" to be president, not on your life! Al Gore accused George Bush of planning to sabotage the Supreme Court. I think somebody already has. There is no guarantee the Supreme Court wouldn't lie to protect their friends. To cover myself from all this annoying business about bugging you until you start putting pressure on Sherman I once told my then city council (LA remember? I know how short your attention span is) that the workers will need to put guns to the prosecuter's heads to force them to protect us. Another thing I did was make a complaint to Barbara Boxer that a LAPD office made terrorist threat at me. Now you know you can't claim I've threatent you without you having to explain why my complaints are destroyed unless your frendly judges will just rule not let my complaints be admissable in court to protect you and themselfs. I love this stuff about Rep. Condit. The investigatiors have to decide whether to charge him with obstructing an investigation or not (the matter whould have been settled by the time you get this, but this letter isn't about Condit now is it?) when he lied about his relationship with Levy. Since the question of obstructing an investigation can be asked of Condit then I expect it to be asked in my charges against rep. Sherman. Since the FBI likes to use those anti-terrorist laws to stop people from forcing the truth down your throats I want you to use those same laws to procescute Barbara Boxer for protecting police officers who make terrorist threats against me! We'll get to the assults that break my bones and the attacts on my life after you've proven you can do your jobs. In other words you guys work first this time so I won't just mail off my evidence to document destroying investigators then never hear from them! So what do we have? If I make a complaint to the government I get silence in return. If I push too hard the FBI will frame me for being a terrorist. If I defend myself the judges will lie and always rule for the prosecuters. Ultimatly the police use assult and murder to get their way. You don't leave me much in the way of democracy do you? An example of your skeletons I know about is the states Employment Development Department. The clerks at the EDD have been deciding if I'm socially acceptable for some job or not. That eventually spiraled me into poverty What they never understood was I had been documenting records from time to time and sending them to Sacramento. Now of course Sacramento isn't about to let me make complaints either but when taken togetther they show the state was refusing to allow me to make appeals for their decisions. Here's a good one for that. The California assembly is currently deciting about a bill, ab 1679, which is going to result in putting the temp agency I work for out of business, but says right in it to protect service jobs (California has previously declaired QC test tech's as being unskilled workers). Boy are a lot of people going to look stupid when I show document after document demostrating the State of California was dictateing what my jobs were suppost to be.
