FILL IN THE REQUIRED BLANKS. (* required for processing) Include email address and phone number. Once you sumbit, you will receive a conformation email about your order. Your quilt will then be made to your order. When the quilt is done,you will receive a email letting you know that your quilt is finished and when it will be shipped. At this time, you can either pay by check (we will have to wait until check clears your bank before quilt is sent) or money order. You may also pay by PayPal or we will be glad to send C.O.D.
